Construction 3 is the third construction Technology to research. Completion of the Construction 3 technology tree is required to unlock Construction 4. The technologies unlocked in Construction 3 allow construction of an upgraded land claim, brick and steel walls and doors, more storage options, and miscellaneous items including beds and trash cans. Researching the Trash Can allows construction of a trash can, which the player can use to permanently dispose of unwanted items.
