The empty biomaterial vial is an item used to create Biomaterial Vials. When a Biomaterial Collector is equipped in a device slot, looting animal corpses will fill any empty biomaterial vials in the player's inventory, creating full Biomaterial Vials. Vials are used to craft and install cybernetic Implants.
The biomaterial collector is unlocked in Tier 4 technology Cybernetics 1.
